上周在JPC下了一单，这周发现订单被取消了，昨日发邮件去询问，得到的答复如下：
At the beginning of this week, we were informed by DHL that the authorities of China have imposed an embargo for shipments which should be transported to the Shanghai area.
For the time being, we have stopped all deliveries - but we will continue our business as soon as the embargo has been lifted.
天朝的authorities可真行，居然搞起禁运了，不知道和那个什么会、还是和双11、还是和自贸区有某种联系。
最近坛子上有朋友反映海外邮递有延迟，也许也和这个有关联吧。
