only one conductor and one screen (shield). This structure is ready for

it is designed for long distance transmission and connection of multi-device
It also dosen't look like teflon also. Most of these kind of mixed cables
require flexibility and Teflon seems too stiff for this application.
This is true that is for broadcast in house or ourboard broadcast or
sometimes in live concert.
