I am sorry to have to inform you that these do appear to be imitations and not genuine PMC products.
The only course of action that we can recommend is that you investigate any consumer protection rights that you may enjoy under Chinese Law.
We would recommend that you return these to the supplier and ask for your money to be returned.
Whether there is any legal avenue open to you locally against these fraudsters, we are unable to say. However please do not hesitate to contact either myself or our local Distributor should you need any further assistance.
