A: Yes, Amarra can be used with 10.7 Lion OS and iTunes. Please see the following notes for ensuring the best performance.
- Checking 10.7 Preferences
- Double check your Spotlight, Sharing, and other preferences as they may be reset by the install.
- Using iTunes 10.4
- iTunes will report an error with the the AmarraPlugin. You can change iTunes to run at 32-bit or remove the Plugin.
Amarra will operate without the plugin.
Note: If you use the Apple Remote you may find keeping the plugin installed and running iTuens in 32-bit mode provides better response.
Remove the AmarraPlugin
- Quit iTunes
- Please locate the "/Library/ITunes/iTunes Plug-ins/AmarraPlugin.bundle file and drag to trash
- Launch iTunes
Running iTunes 10.4 in 32-bit mode the AmarraPlugin（设置ITUNES10.4在32位下运行）
- Quit the iTunes Application
- Open the Applications Folder and locate the iTunes Application
- Select the iTunes Application Icon
- Select the Finder => Get Info command
- Check the box "Open in 32-bit mode"
- Close the window and relaunch iTunes

- Do not use FAT 32 formatted volumes.（不要使用FAT32格式的磁盘）
- Use an SSD drive for the Operating System.（最好用SSD固态硬盘作系统盘）
- Use an internal or external drive for media, NAS drives may effect sound quality.（尽量使用内置或者外挂硬盘，NAS网络硬盘会影响声音质量）
