卖家刚才来信，已经承认Thauer是复刻盘 （没法不承认了，怕我把事态扩大）。我已经给他回信，指出他依旧谎话连篇，并将着手调查他别的片子，例如上面那位仁兄购买的Navarra。

I purchased 3 Anja Thauer promo copies in a big collection and after your emails, I have been investigating why and how these 3 records were in the collection of old records I purchased. The wholesaler and collector who sold me the collection had reissued the Thauer LP's under licence by DGG with the promotional labels because it was all DG had left as an original, and put by mistake 3 thauer copies with the collection I purchased (those were samples during production process and should not have happened, and he apologized). I never had the original Thauer LP in 20 years of record selling , and when I saw those 3 copies I was completely excited to find such a rare record in promotional edition in such beautiful condition, and I really thought they were original. When you told me it was a reissue, doubt arise and I immediatelly refunded you without any discussions and begun my investigations. This should clarify I was in good faith, and I refunded you and Bo fully and immediatelly after your requests.

由于我本人从来没有买过复刻盘，所以以下观点，不知是否正确，请网友给点意见。
1. DGG的复刻盘licence只卖给过Clearaudio。
2. Clearaudio从未复刻过Thauer的德沃夏克大提琴协奏曲。
由此，他撒了第一个谎。
此外，这张假冒Thauer和原版Thauer比较，录制的唱道宽度明显不一样，见图
如果Clearaudio这样的公司从DGG的母盘拷贝做re-issue，是否唱道宽度应该一样。象这张Thauer，是否应该是数码重制了以后，再重新制版刻录的?
如果确实如此，那他撒了第二个谎，说是那个所谓的Collector是用DG的licence做的re-issue。
我已经回信，希望他用法律维护自己的权利，呵呵，论坛里的朋友，有谁相信他会正义凛然地给我寄律师信么？
